The second phase project and small reactor project within the Hainan Nuclear Power Base resumed construction on February 22 and February 28, respectively, after passing on-site inspections and evaluations organized by the local government. The second phase of the project is fully promoting project approval and on-site excavation of soil and rock, while the construction of filling and filling the bedrock for small piles is underway.
